Integration engineering connects travel suppliers, GDS, LCCs, payment gateways, accounting systems, CRM, ERP and client-specific platforms, including systems that were never designed to work together. Blackrock is also a TRAACS certified integration partner for integrated travel accounting. For systems that already have users and revenue, we assess architecture, performance, reliability, UX and operational bottlenecks before recommending changes, without assuming a rewrite is the only answer.
It depends on what you are building. Starting from the Blackrock platform, delivery is hybrid: you configure it yourself while our engineers handle everything specific to your business, and you can go live in 2–6 weeks.
