The directory lists a selection of the suppliers and systems Blackrock connects to, out of 250+ integrations across the travel stack. If yours is not listed, that does not necessarily mean it cannot be supported: our integration team can assess it.
Can you build a connection that does not exist yet?
Yes. Blackrock's integration team can assess API documentation, commercial access, certification requirements and operational workflows, then design a new connection. Support depends on the API access and commercial credentials available.
How do you handle the same hotel arriving from several suppliers?
Hotel duplication is one of the biggest challenges in multi-supplier aggregation. Blackrock supports property mapping workflows and can integrate specialist mapping providers where required. Room and board normalisation can also be included, depending on the mapping and content strategy.
